Welcome to my world I love art creating PhotographyI have recently started working with 3D art I hope to share my results soon.Creating is relaxing I had found art as a special way to express my self several years ago from a art theropist .I remeber her slabing finger paints down many colors and setting my fingers into them I didnt want to get all messy of corse so this was a task for her lol once I got past this feeling a little then she told me to to do anger so of corse I try to be neat about it then she came back ripped it down and said anger! she grabbed my hands and started runing them all over the page making this blob of mess saying I would believe that is anger she ripped it down and said now you alone sit a second then do anger I ran my fingers through the black cool gooey paint and just coverd the entire page then red with one strip of yellow with one finger down the center we talked at the end the yellow was how I felt at the end of the task I had hope she said now that is art it hung in that room for a year perhaps longer I recall visiting and it was still in its place on her wall her wall papered with so manywonderful works of art you may see a black room but she sees art and feelings it sure was a beautifyfull WELCOME TO MY WORLD

Holidays past

Christmas went by very quick it was rainy with no snow wich was kind of depressing
we had a small Christmas this year because we had such a large one last year

well any way jon worked in the evening overtime
we played video games and got a couple and a DVD for presents to each other
in addion to a member ship to daz poser on line and some photo albums i got jon that I am going to fill with our parnts loose photos that where in storage so in all it was a good day because we also had each other and a fabulas dinner if I say so myself. lol.

Save money better
get more house projecs done
learn how to better use my time and control starting new things and not finishing

I got this in an email and had to shareTO ALL THE KIDSWHO SURVIVED the1930’s 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and 70’s !!
First, we survived being born to mothers who smoked and/or drank while they were pregnant.They took aspirin, ate blue cheese dressing, tuna from a can, and didn’t get tested for diabetes.
Then after that trauma, we were put to sleep on our tummies in baby cribs covered with bright colored lead-based paints.
We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets and when werode our bikes, we had no helmets, not to mention, the risks we took hitchhiking.As infants & children, we would ride in cars with no car seats, booster seats, seat belts or air bags.
Riding in the back of a pick up on a warm day was always a special treat.
We drank water from the garden hose and NOT from a bottle.
We shared one soft drink with four friends, from one bottle and
NO ONE actually died from this.
We ate cupcakes, white bread and real butter and drank koolade made with sugar, but we weren’t overweight because .
WE WERE ALWAYS OUTSIDE PLAYING !
We would leave home in the morning and play all day, as long as we were back when the streetlights came on.
No one was able to reach us all day.
And we were O.K.

We would spend hours building our go-carts out of scraps and then ride downthe hill, only to find out we forgot the brakes. After running into the bushes a few times, we learned to solve the problem.
We did not have Playstations, Nintendo’s, X-boxes, no video games at all, no 150 channels on cable, no video movies or DVD’s, no surround-sound or CD’s, no cell phones, no personal computers, no Internet or chat rooms…….WE HAD FRIENDS and we went outside and found them!
We fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and there were NOlawsuits from these accidents.
We ate worms and mud pies made from dirt, and the worms did not live in us forever.
We were given BB guns for our 10th birthdays,made up games with sticks and tennis balls and, although we were told it would happen, we did not put out very many eyes.
We rode bikes or walked to a friend’s house and knocked on the door or rangthe bell, or just walked in and talked to them!
Little League had tryouts and not everyone made the team. Those who didn’t had to learn to deal with disappointment. Imagine that!!
The idea of a parent bailing us out if we broke the law was unheard of.
They actually sided with the law!
These generations have produced some of the best risk-takers, problem solvers and inventors ever!
The past 50 years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas.
We had freedom, failure, success and responsibility, and we learned
HOW TODEAL WITH IT ALL!
If YOU are one of them . . CONGRATULATIONS!
You might want to share this with others who have had the luck to grow up askids, before the lawyers and the government regulated so much of our lives
for our own good
And while you are at it, forward it to your kids so they will know how brave (and lucky) their parents were.

Not Enough time Rant

Not Enough timeBy ljrI dont know is it just me I get so many ideas and so many projects I want to do it is like I start one then another and then another and then a month latter I get back to the first my mind scrambles so much with crafty things paint shop things scrap Ideas.. and I cant seem to sit and just compleet one I enjoy my groups and things because there are assighnments and ot things to try but the posts will end in a week so I get those tutorials completed and am so happy when I do ok I am rambling when I could be finishing a project right lol.
I have fixed up my greeting cards page and hope you will visit and more to come well good night for now and this rant is now done lol hugs Im ok I asure you

Hey well not much going on lots of heat this past week power was knocked out here and in spots all over the county it sure is pretty out this morning though we finally emptied our storage the living room is full of boxes we are going through and if you know me at all I hate a mess and it is driving me crazy lol INEED ORDER! this past month we went to our friends Neil and Jens wedding it was Beautiful Jonthan messed up again though and got the date wrong so we had to do a open house instead of go to the reception wich I wish I could have attended . what else this month lots of swimming and heat the pets are hot but good they sleep alot I think from just bordom because it is to hot for them outside the diet is still going great I think since I last wrote I have lost another 10 pounds and Hubby 15 so it really is going great. We found our wedding and honey moon pics last night it was alot of fun looking at them I have to put more in albums.
well I guess that s it Gosh we have a very rutine life oh well just an update . here an old picture a few years back

well it has been awhile :) not a lot happening the heat has finally hit and we are finally swimming this week swam a few times and it helped my weight loss I lost 5 and half pounds so I am hoping it will keep me more on track with loosing a couple pounds a week I am at a point where more excersize is important we really cant afford exspensive equipment so walks and the pool are important but the weather needs to cooperate well I have lost 45 pounds and Jonathn over 60
pounds so we are feeling good the dogs are really feeling the heat not as active I set up the little turtle pool in back for them to swim and drink. been working on our site if you visit the hidaway or news page you can get to our new image place I am still working on it but it has alot of pics avatars and some calenders for your blogs and working on the scrap booking pages hoping to have them running by fall .

Trip to the zoo and more

well I keep saying I am going to write in this blog today and today at times seems to never arive lol well lets see what have I been up to??? hmm well we went to the zoo one day it was alot of fun and even relaxing we took alot of great pictures and had just a wonderfull day. I also spent the day with Anne on day last week shoping it was alot of fun I really enjoy our trips then another day we went to dinner with Anne and ken it was a very nice evening I had food I had never tried befor stuffed shrimp and a really wonderfull rice dish . we have started to set up the pool it is raining today so wont get it done today but we are hoping for some nice days next week to get it done and get to swimming wich we really both enjoy. the diet well we both keep going up and down with a pound so we are hoping the swimming will help get us on the loosing track again . in total jonathan has lost about 40 and I have lost about 30 we are pleased so far.

the pets are doing great we gave sandy a very short hair cut for summer he gets so hot if we dont and jonathan is ready to sell all the trimming equipment because he nicked sandys ear and made it bleed I had told him to keep close attenion to what he was doing but did he listen no like usual another I told you so . he wanted me to feel bad for him but I said no not this time the I told you so caused an injury I just wish you would listen to me once in awhile I love you dearly but you never beleive what I say I have never lied yet you still do things your way and learn bad lessons sometimes hope fully he will take a chance the next time and listen to my advice when I offer it.

the website is coming along nice but still alot of work I want to get my scrap book section going and some tags for folks to use in emails pluss more updating does it end lol i love doing it I just tend to set myself up to get overwelmed somtimes well I guess thats it for now photo is from our trip to the zoo .

Rainy day stuff

well it has been almost 2 weeks since I wrote a bit here, well been trying to get our web pages updated for a move to new host, we visited with friends this past week it was alot of fun and we visited aunt sis as well been a busy rainy week its getting kind of depressing but I guess if you look at the bright side all the flowers trees and bushes should be beatiful once the sun comes out :) well I have lost a couple more pounds on the diet and hubby has lost another 5 so the diet is still working for us havnt quit yet and hope to eat better the rest of our lives becuase it is easier than I thought all the stuff is there :) the pets are doing well Misty Kitty spent the whole night out wich I hate it was the first time since good weather the pup sandy was so hot last week so we have desided to shave him to just a quater in hair on his body a little more on his legs but we are waiting for rain to stop doesnt make sence when he gets so muddy to bathe brush and trip lol but soon Tipper actually shows depression during rainy days laying about pouting and elsa seems to pick on everyone becuase they are all in lol.

We have been discussing vacation or if we are just going to take a few day trips we are finally desiding to interview pet sitting companies so we wont need to put them in a kennal if we want to go a way for a aweek someday we would like to rent a big camper and travel 2 weeks to relitives in other states and maybe see some atractions to and take the pets with us we will see I guess.

got the basement cleaned now need to paint would love to make a nice excersize room down there hope to get it done by fall and today updating site still and doing some more spring cleaning seeing as gardening is out do to all the rain can wait for the beautiful sun shine and flowers soon very soon :) I also started a entertain ment hobby(Photograpghy and 3d art)and friends blog at myspace if you have a myspace acount please feel free to ad to friends http://www.myspace.com/ljr927 pic isnt me of corse but can tell by what I write its me lol and jr in my friends list is Jonathan my husband space well Hugs fror now good day.

Another Spring Day (Updateing)

Well lets see whats up it has been a couple weeks so let me think Oh yeah the diet well it is still going great we had boston market last night I had stake and red potatos and green beens all on my diet and I even had a corn bread that fit in well last week I lost a pound and a half and Jonathan lost 8 and this week I lost 3 and not sure about Jon yet I am still working on the web site to share with family and friends better and easier I have been working outside on the yard a bit boy do I love spring and on rainy days been cleaning up the basement misty is loving going out again she stays in all winter but once she feels the warmth of the sun she is sun bathing along side tippy on the deck I have started my lists again on what I would like done to the house and outside maybe 60 percent will get done this year with any luck :) we have started grilling already becuse it more healthy I have discovered cabobs trying all diferent kinds and trying to keep them moist the trick is in pree cooking and not to long so as they dry up on the grill ho hum well its is fun learning lol going to new hampshire this week to see aunt sis trying to deside when would be a good time to go to the cemetary in keene and say hello to the folks and clean up the stones soon I sapose it is a long trip with of caurse depressing aspects it is very difacult for me to get the get up and go to just ge there well back to spring my favorite subject of the day the sun is shining soft wind and pretty songs of the windchimes so nice and so many flowers the owners befor us went crazy with flowers but I do have to say they are so beatyfull during there spring blossum well off to play with the pets in the yard here is another spring picture from our yard I know i know again with no punctuation and poor spelling I will try harder :)

Happy Easter

Well it is Easter morning sunny and Beautiful out I am headed to send ecards to some friends and family, and thought I would write a bit here .the Diet is going well another 4 pound loss this week not like the huge 10 and 12 pound losses in the first weeks but still a loss and sappose to be at a averge of 2 pounds a week by now so 4 is still pretty big, so I am pretty happy . like they say it takes years to put it on so expect it to take time to get it back off I suspect 16 months to get near my goal weight but the closer I get the better I will feel and I am so excited that Jonathan likes the diet and how much . We are both eating better and still get plenty of food it is so not like the old days when I would diet as a teen all I could eat it seemed was fish chicken and vegitables very little bread and other carbs now I am aloud some regular bread wheet breads wich the new wonder is wonderful:) when we are aloud pasta in a recipie we step it up a notch for health and use wheet wich I see no real big difrence I actually like it oh and for that chocolate moment healthy choice fudge ice cream bars they are awsome or sugar free puddings are great and jello jelletin is great to for those sweet tooth days the products out there now are so great compared to old diets I was on 20 years ago . we are aloud snacks well I one snack and jonathan 3 snacks he is on a higher calerie plan and he is loosing faster wich is great but we found chips cheese curls and so on made with natural ingredients that tast like the ones we have known for years . so the diet will say I can have 6 tortia chips and I look up caleries it might say 6o for 6 chips where the all natural it is 16 at 60 calleries and they are better for you less fats and so on.
the other nice thing ediets has is if you are going to need to have fast food that day or resteraunt food they let you know what you can have like I can have chicken or fish sandwich or big bacon clasic with side salad now of corse no fries but thats ok lol and alot of restraunts have there menues with health and calerie info right on line, like subway and pizza hot pizza hot actually has a pizza that is lower in caleries a little less cheeze more toppings of vegies and a special lower cal crust I can have 3 peices and salad I am not hungry. and can still have pretty good meals well alot better than when I was kid dieting. woo hoo somthing we both can fallow and I am so proud of Jonathan you could neve undestand how proud I am of him it has been so hard for him to diet and he is doing it and seems very comfortable with the diet. it is scary us both being in hi danger range and both now over 35 Our hearts could give out at any time so it was and is pretty scary well I am proud of us both.

well this spring Easter morning full of hope and joy is so wonderfull the birds are singing the sun shining the pets are all curled up sleeping and so is jonathan and I here enjoying the morning with coffe and music so so many beatiful flowers I predict a picture perfect day ahead. once again not alot happening except great news we feel wonderfull since starting the diet and lossing ove 20 lbs each we acually have a bit more energy and are enjoying it the dogs are loving the weather spiring is here misty kitty also is loving the weather doing spring cleaning even jonathan is cleaning his office it is a miricle it has been a year since I have seen the floor in there lol no I am glad he is feeling good about doing it cant wait to go swimming and work off some more pounds here is cute picture well like I said

Not much happening been pretty busy with making my new pages of graphics digital and scrabooking and some animation tutorials it is taking some time but hope to be up and running by summer I also got invited to run the scrap forum at misses Beehaven I have really enjoyed scrapping with my psp it gives me a chance to share my psp and photos all together in scrap book pages I have been really enjoying it. the diet is going well 12 pounds this week and feeling more energetic. havnt watched much for entertainment this week movies I mean but we have a couple to watch this weekend lets see what did I make recently ok here is cute pixel frogs. also I added calenders in both mini and in my wallpapers.
Spring is in the air I cant wait to be working more and more outside ILOVE IT!!!

whats up whats up? not much saw new movie King Kong didnt like it as much as the second except that the acting was better and choice of actors was great but I found it dark and long I would love to take a little from all 3 movies and make one because they all have some great stuff. started a diet 2 weeks ago loosing on target I do recomend ediets lots of recipies food options even fast food ideas nutrision facts on everything and type of diet including atkins and there own diet wich we are doing it is working well as I said.

Feeling good

well just got over a bad cold but thats not why I am feeling good Lost 12 pounds this week on Ediets that still isnt why I am feeling good that way I feel great the sun is shining and the flowers are coming out meaning I can go out side and work on my yard and have more fun with the dogs and be less depressed over the dark winter yes yes yes thats it I am feeling so good I love it .

what else is up not to much like I said I have been sick with a nasty cold the pets have been so cudly and wonderfull and jonathan was actually pretty good with helping out around the house .

I have been working as always on some new pages and getting a new look going for jonathans realator pages his job has picked up some having 4 clients at the moment looking for homes and getting a house warming party going for a client who has baught there new home and getting together a meeting for folks that might be interested in buying homes and selling so thats pretty good . and I have become a forum leader in one of my groups leading the scrap book section I am so excited I have been having alot of fun with scrap booking this past year so this is going to be great sharing and having fun.

Well another bit of time has past I guess not really to much happening except for dieting we have started ediets and finally think we have found somthing we can stick with we are keeping a dieting blog at ediets and may post a bit here as well I am already feeling better and am tired at a normal time and very energetic during the day we are hoping to get a good stat on the diet and maybe a little excersise as we become comfortable with what we can do for excersize that by pool opening time when we will have a regular swiming rutine each day it permits wich will help even more.

lets see what else well the pets they all went for checkups except tipper she has been a few times on her ears and weight and will probably be going in again soon for her change of season ear alergies and infections we just cant seem to catch it in time even with cleaning them all the time the pup came out with an A pluss visit and got the works on his shots the cats elsa our main coon is being watched on her Kidneys they recomend a wet food instead of dry to keep her with more fluid and Oh my gosh Misty was so cranky with her visit but she came out with an A pluss like the Pup the vets had to wear gloves she was so cranky maybe it is just age although she is only 8 so is Elsa Tipper is going to be six this year and the pup Sandy is a year and a half not a pup any more . well I guess that is it just doesnt seem to be to much happening it was funny tonight Sandy was so cute he thinks Ice cubes are treats we where cleaning the freezer and put a ton of them in the water bowl he took each one out and put them in piles of like six or seven all over the house it was so cute I felt bad and didnt want him sick so had to pick them up so kept his mind off them paying his favorite game of ball

Well Once again it has been a few weeks since I last wrote so lets see whats up?
well Jonathans Leg has finally heeled and he is pretty busy with work spring is here early lol. Me well started a on line store doing PSP stuff and organizing closets soon to work on the basement and maybe I will have a room down there soon we will see.

The pets they are great keeping us on out toes and smiling we have found nothing phases sandy he like everthing his paws and fur where getting balls of snow when he played outside and it would make it hard to walk and we worried about him being cold when he came in from playing awhile and unable to get warm do to all the snow on his body in balls like I said and worried about frost bite so we got him doggy boots and sweatshirt and he is so cute and didnt mind them at all here is a photo of him in his shirt to cute well not much else to say hope to write here sooner next time.

Well it has been some days since I wrote nut much up we have been busy not really knowing it.

we have moved our bedroom around done some early spring cleaning the weather has been cookey warm then cold rain then snow cleaning the yard in between we had friends over last weekend it was a lot of fun and having some friends this weekend as well I njoy having friends over. also seems the work in the house at times is boring other times overwelmong and other times not it seems we are on target and look back on a week been nusy but it doesnt feel it any particular day go figure well I will end this short note again as you can see not much up.

well the Holidays are over it is so nice to read cards from our friends and family I love getting them and sending them Jonathan hurt his leg 3 weeks ago falling down some stairs at work and it didnt heal properly so he got a shot with a huge dose of antibiotics and is keeping it raised for a few days working on the web sites some getting them clenaed up and updated the pets are always making us smile and I have put up some holiday pictures you can see them here at link below I hope everyones Holiday was wonderful and full of happiness I will write again soon just wanted to write a quick not about whats up here is the link to some pictures

Friday 12.02.05 [4:20 am] I love the Holidays we have been decorating all week christmas music on and shopping started probably should have started earlier. we still have our cards to do I did get some holiday things added to my website. we got our first gas bill boy oh boy was it high all I think about though is all the low income and single moms i worry so much for them and there children I always say in a county such as ours so rich and yet we still have home less and poor people in the cold new england weather when I see kids and moms trying to survive working hard so many do try very hardeven middle class this year will have a hard time with the gas prices, I also have to say I over heard folks talking about prodocts having disks atached that you walk your cart through and a computer adds everthing up (More jobs says the president) I keep seeing computers taking over moms working as cashiers to keep up wont have those jobs layoffs all over the place my husband is still having trouble bouncing back from his layoff 3 years ago he does realaty and we have been doing ok he was in computers and now would need to go to classes to get all the latest training hiring seems to be more the new kids out of collage ok I am rambling but it really bothers me how high everthing is and no child should staarve or be cold. just my thoughts I hope we can all remeber to donate old coats and food and money this season for the less fortunate that is what the holidays are about isnt it? giving? hugs to all good night

Thanks giving was wonderful we spent it with friends very relaxing and comfortable I really enjoyed the day alot

Next is Christmas ok call me anearly decorator but I feel I am late half me neghbors have decorated already so I am decorating today no matter what hubbie says lol

I would like to have friends over soon still convincing hubby to set up a few dinner partys things seem so much more together now with my depression and his health and the house and animals and I have for sure started to get into the holiday spirit well thats it for now just a small update here is a picture of what they did to my pup they practically shaved him bald EEEK

I will be taking photos as the hair grows in so I can show them what I want his hair to look like

Overall, niceness outweighs naughtiness. Was good a lot last month! Politeness often good, but has room for improvement. Could help around house more instead of watching so much TV. Expected to move even higher up "nice" list.

I am so excoited about the Holidays coming I enjoy the decorations togetherness and giving I have already started making haoliday grapphics pages and even trying to get some crafts done and craft stuff on line I am very excited and just starting to get in the holiday spirit.

We will be spending thanksgiving with some dear friends and christmas at home with perhaps some visiting if I could I would decorate now but I do agre with my husband the weekend after thanks giving is the best time although out side stuff I think would be great to do now befor it snows and just not turn them on but so be it we will just have to truck through the snow to decorate lol like every year well just had to share I am already in the holiday spirit silly but great lol. cant wait to see my little dog in the snow see if he likes it it will be his first winter.

Well it has been a few days Hadnt been sleeping well so dint what to write out beeing so grumpy lol.
going to visit my aunt today out of town I so enjoy visiting her she is a big conection to my mother she looks so much like she did personalitys so alike yet so diferent it is always an enjoyable trip.
Jonathans work is picking up a bit we still have so much to do to get prepared for winter the gutters cleaned the yard still need some picking up
I love my husband so very much but to get him to even call somone to do the gutters takes weeks of asking a
the same with things in the yard I often get to the point I do it myself and alot of times not corect and things get ruined. do any other ladies out there go through this I ask only a few things that I cant do to be done and they seem to never get done if I where rich I would hire a habdy man but alass I am not lol. I guess I will just keep at him and hope for the best lol.
we do have so much fun though I was just saying I doubt we will ever change if we have kids I am sure we will be the embarassing type parents because we just have so much fun.

Those who know me know I have suffered depression PTSD and so on since my move To RI I wont say it is all gone of coarse not but it is 80 percent better well I think one reason is the love I found with my husband but I also have to say over time since I have had more pets and more responsibility I worry what would happen to him or my pets if I gave up on me and the more I feel better the more I play with my pets especially the dogs I find how much more happy I feel which keeps me up and focussed I think about even before I met my husband How often my tears Soaked my dogs forehead and how I would smile with her licks to my cheeks making me feel so much better our newest pup is so full of energy so I still have my other dog who so shows her love through hugs and kisses and the new pup when I cry climbs all over me kisses brings toys and just wants me to feel better they really do care you know.

well I came across info on emotional assistance dogs and couldn't stop reading you can get tags now that allow them to the same places as seeing eye and hearing dogs for now depression most important is you can have them in apartments that dont allow dogs so many people with depression PTSD and other mental health issues have for so long not been allowed the benefits of pets do to apartments not allowing them I think this is so wonderful to help with therapy and recovery I think it is the most wonderful thing in helping mental health

I took some pictures of our trees and the dogs today and I got my butt out and cleaned the shed and raked some leaves it was so nice today my husband just got home he fell down cellar stairs when showing a house he has a massive lump on his head and bruises everywhere I have been making sure he stays awake today until bed tonight I think he will be ok I couldn't believe the bump red and large he fell into a pole then hit the ground all the pets are laying at his feet keeping him company I think they sense he is soar (not well) well I will have to challenge him to a video game to keep him busy and having fun!

Sneezes and more Sneezes

I am so tired of going to bed stuffed and waking stuffed & sneezing all morning long!
I think it might be that we have had a very warm fall here in RI I have been trying to get outside
to rake but so tired from my allergies and does it really make sense?

It is funny if I sleep any later than 7 my larger dog Tipper (coon hound mix) has taken on the Job of waking me
with a single bark every 10 seconds from the foot of my bed I wake though to all my pets looking at me
waiting to eat go out and get lovin. Sandy pup wagging his tail in such a way you think he is going to take off like a helicopter.

ok so lm up hubbie off to work sneezing as much as I and I sit here wondering if I should do yard work well for a bit I help sis set up her blog she seems to like it then I Browse the net and now well I guess I should go out into the 70 degree very beautiful day and do some raking I do love all the beautiful colors of the trees but we have so many different types, the leaves fall at all different times I cant believe its fall and I still have flowers growing they are beautiful . ok I have decided to push past being tired and all the allergies and go out into the beautiful day and do some work which I actually really enjoy and love

a bit about my pets an older post

my pets are so special to us after the loss over a year ago of our cat goldie I just wanted every memorie of her to fill me but couldnt think happy thoughts just cry for days so If I can maybe not only have photos but some stories memories and so on it will both be fun and perhaps help when it is there time. so I will be sharing alot about them so feel free to respond all pet lovers.

Well I just gave our puppy his first fur cut he still looks a bit scragaly but his fur is still growing he is 8 months old picture is of him sandy and our grey kitty Misty .
