Happy Easter


Well it is Easter morning sunny and Beautiful out I am headed to send ecards to some friends and family, and thought I would write a bit here .the Diet is going well another 4 pound loss this week not like the huge 10 and 12 pound losses in the first weeks but still a loss and sappose to be at a averge of 2 pounds a week by now so 4 is still pretty big, so I am pretty happy . like they say it takes years to put it on so expect it to take time to get it back off I suspect 16 months to get near my goal weight but the closer I get the better I will feel and I am so excited that Jonathan likes the diet and how much . We are both eating better and still get plenty of food it is so not like the old days when I would diet as a teen all I could eat it seemed was fish chicken and vegitables very little bread and other carbs now I am aloud some regular bread wheet breads wich the new wonder is wonderful:) when we are aloud pasta in a recipie we step it up a notch for health and use wheet wich I see no real big difrence I actually like it oh and for that chocolate moment healthy choice fudge ice cream bars they are awsome or sugar free puddings are great and jello jelletin is great to for those sweet tooth days the products out there now are so great compared to old diets I was on 20 years ago . we are aloud snacks well I one snack and jonathan 3 snacks he is on a higher calerie plan and he is loosing faster wich is great but we found chips cheese curls and so on made with natural ingredients that tast like the ones we have known for years . so the diet will say I can have 6 tortia chips and I look up caleries it might say 6o for 6 chips where the all natural it is 16 at 60 calleries and they are better for you less fats and so on.
the other nice thing ediets has is if you are going to need to have fast food that day or resteraunt food they let you know what you can have like I can have chicken or fish sandwich or big bacon clasic with side salad now of corse no fries but thats ok lol and alot of restraunts have there menues with health and calerie info right on line, like subway and pizza hot pizza hot actually has a pizza that is lower in caleries a little less cheeze more toppings of vegies and a special lower cal crust I can have 3 peices and salad I am not hungry. and can still have pretty good meals well alot better than when I was kid dieting. woo hoo somthing we both can fallow and I am so proud of Jonathan you could neve undestand how proud I am of him it has been so hard for him to diet and he is doing it and seems very comfortable with the diet. it is scary us both being in hi danger range and both now over 35 Our hearts could give out at any time so it was and is pretty scary well I am proud of us both.

well this spring Easter morning full of hope and joy is so wonderfull the birds are singing the sun shining the pets are all curled up sleeping and so is jonathan and I here enjoying the morning with coffe and music so so many beatiful flowers I predict a picture perfect day ahead.
