once again not alot happening except great news we feel wonderfull since starting the diet and lossing ove 20 lbs each we acually have a bit more energy and are enjoying it the dogs are loving the weather spiring is here misty kitty also is loving the weather doing spring cleaning even jonathan is cleaning his office it is a miricle it has been a year since I have seen the floor in there lol no I am glad he is feeling good about doing it cant wait to go swimming and work off some more pounds here is cute picture well like I said
